Conifer tree in the rear garden at the back right hand corner of the brick garage. Tree to be cut down completely and trunk recycled for fire wood. Stump to be ground 6 inches below the surface. Reason: Tree roots are causing issues to the foundations of the brick garage and branches are at risk of falling on garage roof and garden [home to small child]. HAR/CA34, TPO 117W.
