Proposal to fell a sycamore tree of low amenity value and replant a native broadleaf on the site. The current tree is leaning at approximately 30 degrees towards a public bridle-path, footpath, and a home, posing a risk to the property. There is additional concern regarding previous support bolted to the tree 40-50 years ago, which may fail due to corrosion.
