Silver Birch (right, rear corner of 2A development site): It is in close proximity to the piled foundations and could affect the ground beam installation of the proposed development. It will also affect access to the perimeter of the dwelling as the base of the tree will impact the turfed area. Once the development is constructed, then access will be difficult for any maintenance works required to the tree.
