G1 remove oak tree marked X on plan to make better rooting potential for the remaining oak on the steep sandy embankment. Trees have failed on the bank due to steep, sandy conditions. The objective is to allow for optimal anchoring for the remaining tree. Reduce remaining Oak by 1.5 meters as per picture to improve general form. TPO 118W.
