Remove branches overhanging nextdoor (risk of damage to fence) and prune. T17 Willow. Fell and replace with smaller tree approx. 5m from rear wall, possibly acer/cornus kousa/amelancier.T16 Acer - crown reduce by up to 1m The Willow is far too large for its location, excessive shading, overgrown and poorly and maintained.
