We have 2 leylandii which have grown over approx 25feet in height and are now a cause for concern for ourselves and our neighbours as they are very close to our house and our neighbours house and garage. They block all light and we have lost some branches in the recent strong winds. We are seeking permission to remove them both completely as the tree surgeon has advised that this type of tree would look unsightly if he attempted to chop down by half. HAR/CA22.
