Full Proposal

The tree is a conifer in the front garden of 6 Moseley Road, just behind the boundary wall. On the right hand side of the garden as you view the property from the road. I wish to remove the tree completely as the roots are damaging the footpath immediately beyond my boundary wall and the tree has grown so high that it is disturbing overhead cables. I also believe that the tree may be partially dead.
