This application is for a single storey extension to the rear of the existing home to rationalise the living accommodation within the existing property. Demolition of existing shed. The proposed garden room is to provide ancillary accommodation for the client's family, specifically her son and grandchild who cannot afford to get on the property ladder. This is an economical solution to the need for further much needed space following an approval to extend the accommodation within the existing roof space that was an expensive solution.
