T1. Conifer, as tall as the house, with a slight lean, it's on the boundary and ruining the fence, it blocks all the light and dead debris all over the garden, also ruining the grass. T2. Large Beech tree in neighbouring garden, 10 York Road, Heaton Moor, it's right on the rear boundary, and the owner has agreed to removing overhanging branches into 24 Elms Road so remove overhanging branches back to boundary.
