The proposal is for a 2-storey extension and altered rear patio & garden areas at the rear. An improved front entrance and a single storey lean-to extension to the northern side of the property. The vehicular access remains the same as existing and minor alterations have been proposed to allow for level access to front and rear of the property. The existing garden wall is proposed to be relocated and extended to create a more clearly defined boundary.
