The tree is an Oak tree, T48 on the sketch map under TPO reference 353W. The works I would like to carry out are: 1. Whole crown reduction of 3m-4m 2. Crown raise to 5m, sublateral branches only 3. Removal of the deadwood. The work is needed because of excessive shading, loss of light and reduced amenity value to the property at 6 Lynton Park Road Cheadle Hulme; and the risk of tree branches overhanging neighbouring property if the crown isn't reduced. TPO 353W.
