Yew hedge at the front of the property needs pruning significantly. It is starting to encrouch on the road in front of the property. The ornamental fruit trees are starting to overhang the road and need pollarding to 3 metres to allow them to thicken and encourage growth. A beech tree sapling has grown up in the yew hedge and needs removing. The holly bush needs reducing along with the yew hedge adjacent to 1 Depleach Road. The hedge is very overcrowded. The laurel bush, growing in the hedge, needs removing. HAR/CA4, TPO 51W.
