HYBRID APPLICATION - Part full / part outline planning application proposing the expansion to the football club stadium to provide up to 7,405 additional seats comprising: 1. Full application for a phased development including: a) demolition of the existing East Stand; eastern and western extent of the North Stand and South Stand; b) erection of a new East Stand (Sui Generis), to include spectator seating and associated facilities comprising retail (Use Class E(a); food and beverage (Use class E(b)); ancillary offices (Use Class E(g)); and community meeting space (Use Class F2(b); c) Refurbishment and extension of the existing North Stand; d) Car and coach parking; and e) Ancillary floodlighting, landscaping, public realm works, media screen and associated infrastructure. 2. Outline application with all matters reserved except for access for the erection of a phased development across severable plots including: a) erection of a new South Stand (Sui Generis) to include spectator seating and associated facilities comprising retail (Use Class E(a); food and beverage (Use class E(b)); ancillary offices (Use Class E(g)); and community meeting space (Use Class F2(b)); car parking, landscaping, public realm works, and associated infrastructure. b) Western extension to the existing North Stand (Sui Generis to include spectator seating).
