T1 Ash Removal large Self set boundary tree now growing on top of property outside of its boundary. From the pictures you can see that if we tried to prune the branches back to growth points the limbs would still be on top of the property. The tree is a very poor specimen that had completely out grown its space and now is significantly impacting the property to the side of it. HAR/CA19.
