T1 reduce ash , T2 reduce oak , T3 reduce birch. All by a maximum of 2 meters. Pruning to BS3998. Other council tree not protected (plan attached) can it be removed at the home owners cost? As there is alot of tree cover and the tree is mature and in poor condition on unmanaged land. We have the required 10 million liability cover to undertake this work at their cost. TPO 401W.
