T1 - Tulip tree to be crown thinned by 20%, removing crossing branches and pruned to allow for 1m clearance from the shed, while not pruning anything with a diameter of over 70mm. T2 - Magnolia to be crown reduced to a height of approximately 2.5m and shaped. T3 - Rowan to have the lowest branch growing towards road reduced by 1m. HAR/CA7.
