G1 Two beech trees, located to the south of the main gated entrance, along the retaining wall. Crown lift to provide adequate statutory clearances for the highway side only. G2 Beech, Elm and Lime, located to the west side of the newly constructed garage, Crown thin canopies, by 10% and prune back from the neighbouring property, where applicable. T1 Sycamore, located just to the west of the property, balance lower crown and rebalance upper canopy, where required. T2 Yew, located within the driveway, crown reduce by up to 2 metres from upper / side growth tips. HAR/CA22, TPO 239E.
