The tree is a mature lime tree sitiuated at the left of the bend in the drive, approximately 30 metres from property boundary, and overhanging boundary with neighbours property. The tree is in need of maintenance pruning to restrict damage to house gutter, and prevent overshadowing of neighbours ground floor rear windows. I wish to have the tree reduced in height and spread, to keep it healthy, and avoid damage. HAR/CA31, TPO 30E.
