Application to amend planning permission DC/086165 to change the flat roof parapet height, external staircase design, balustrade, and make fire safety modifications. This includes raising cill heights of windows in apartments 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8 for escape routes and adding transoms for safe window opening.
