Proposal:

Application to build a single-storey extension at the back of the house after demolishing existing rear extensions; extend the rear of the detached garage and add a side extension to link the garage to the main house; create a single-storey link extension between the rear garage extension and the garden outbuilding; enlarge the existing western gable end and extend the existing rear dormer; and add an open front porch extension.
