Application for external alterations to the building, including a rear extension for a fire escape, a small roof extension for the lift overrun, and installation of rooftop plant with a new parapet. Additional works include shopfront changes, window restoration, re-roofing, rainwater goods replacement, new bin store door installation, and other repair works.
