Proposal:

Application to demolish the existing single-storey brick extension and glazed conservatory at the rear of the property, replacing them with a single-storey mono-pitched roof extension. Convert the existing garage into an office, replace the flat roof with a mono-pitched roof, and make associated changes to the windows on the front and side elevations.
